At Almadina Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an incorrect or damaged item, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return & Refund

We allow product exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

1) Wrong Product Received

      - If the customer receives an incorrect product, they must return it to our warehouse.
      - Once we receive the returned product, we will either dispatch the correct product or process a refund within 7 working days.
     - The product must be unused, and the packaging should remain undamaged.
     - The product must be sealed in its original packaging.
     - The return must include all supporting documentation, including purchase receipt.

2) Damaged Product Received

- Customers may claim a refund if they receive a damaged product, but they must provide video proof.

     - Customers are advised to record a video while unwrapping and unboxing the product from the delivery packaging. This video will serve as proof of receiving a damaged item.

     - If a video proof is not provided, or if the video is recorded after the product has been unboxed, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned if the package has been opened:

     - Zam Zam Water: Opened, consumed, or tampered-with products are not eligible for a refund.
     - Dates: Opened, consumed, or expired products are not eligible for a refund.


Important Notes

     - Do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or shows signs of tampering.

     - Return and refund requests will only be processed by Almadina Store.

     - Items purchased from us cannot be returned at third-party or physical retail stores.

If you received a faulty or wrong order, we are here to help. Please submit a claim request with us, and our team will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
