Shipping Time & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above a PKR 15000/-

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking system.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Perishable items such as dates and Zam Zam water are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Exchange Policy

  • Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide proof (photo/video) of the issue before an exchange is approved.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened food products (dates, honey, Zam Zam water)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
